Meet Nina!

The world of technology continues to change, and the latest craze? AI. Between automations built into tools, and AIs that can answer just about any question, AI is definitely everywhere. If you’re like us, you are keen to dabble in the world of AI to see what’s possible, but the idea of it is kind of overwhelming.

Well, we’re excited to introduce you to Nina, a trial experience of our AI community assistant!

We’ve partnered with KOBIE.AI to bring a bit of AI to the CMX Community and we’re so grateful to Kobie Fuller who is holding our hand through this experiment. Nina has been trained on a specific library of CMX knowledge both from the CMX blog and our downloadable guides and reports that we've been compiling for years. Think of Nina as the fancy, conversational search engine of the CMX website! Instead of spending time searching the CMX website for answers, Nina will just bring it to the surface and curate it for you based on your questions.

So, what can you get help with? Well, we asked Nina directly:

  • Identify the best community-building strategies for your specific industry.
  • Suggest the techniques for member recruitment and retention.
  • Guide you on the curation of engaging content, and teach you how to implement a community-led approach.
  • Advise you on how to measure the success of your community through key metrics.
  • Troubleshoot any issues or obstacles you might face.

How Nina Learns

Nina has been trained on a specific library of CMX knowledge both from the CMX blog and our downloadable guides and reports that we've been compiling for years. There are many guest authors on the CMX Blog. None of those blog posts have been included in Nina's learning. Only blog posts and guides that have been written by full-time Bevy employees are included, as that is the IP we own. That list is included at the bottom of this blog post.

Why is it called Nina?

We didn’t know what to call the AI when we began playing around with it, so we actually asked the bot what we should call it. It replied, “You can call me Nina”. And that’s how the name Nina came to be!

Feedback

This is still very much a trial program or an “alpha experience”. This means we want to hear from you! What are your thoughts about Nina? What do you wish this would do? What would you change or add? Send all your Nina feedback to team@cmxhub.com
