Host Community Lead

  • Provide leadership voice for community within the company.  Be the point of contact between the community and the company; convey and advocate for the community within the company
  • Shape & continually improve the framework to build the experience hosts’ community
  • Execute the framework across all our markets, measure success and constantly iterate
  • Assist market managers to build local communities and support them with all community efforts
  • Together with market managers manage the hosts’ forums and groups to drive engagement and help hosts meet their goals

Skills & traits

  • 7+ years work experience; 3-5 years of experience in building and scaling teams and communities
  • Operational experience: ability to execute complex projects with cross functional teams
  • Social media savvy (note: fb will play big part of mobilizing the community) and experience with creating engaging content
    Ability to design tests and measure outcomes
  • Preference: background in organizational behavior, social psychology, behavioral economics or community building
