Gaming Community Manager
Join the Crystal Dynamics community team as Community Manager and help us manage the global Tomb Raider fan base and franchise social platforms! As a new Community Manager, you’ll help create a roadmap for our social networking platforms and then manage the Tomb Raider media channels. Together we’ll evolve our current communication practices through innovation and cutting-edge technology. This is a full-time, onsite, permanent position in our Redwood City, CA headquarters. We are not considering applicants only seeking remote engagements.
As our new Community Manager, you’ll help create a roadmap for our social networking platforms and then manage the Tomb Raider media channels. Together, we’ll evolve our current communication practices through innovation and cutting-edge technology.
Weekly content creation for social media
Multimedia content creation such as videos, gifs, and assistance with podcasts
Manage Official Tomb Raider Fansite Program
Social media engagement & reporting
Daily social media monitoring/customer service escalations
Monthly social media performance reports
Asset-event specific reports
Planning/executing community events at conventions
Providing home base support for team when majority is traveling
5-7 years of experience working within the video game or entertainment industry
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an internationally focused capacity
A clear understanding of key PR and Community success factors
Ambition and passion for video games
Outgoing personality that can excite people about our high-quality entertainment products.
