The primary responsibility of the Customer Success Expert/ SME is to serve as a central point of contact accountable for the day-to-day internal application product experience. The SME will monitor product usage and adoption, proactively support users, and ensure successful usage of applications. The SME will create customized success plans and run books.


* Monitor product usage and adoption to maintain overall end user success

* Build relationships and coordinate with groups internally.

* Analyze data and identify metrics

* Develop relationships with stake holders and serve as an escalation point for issues


Minimum Qualifications:

* 5+ years in a Customer Success Management

* Bachelor’s Degree

* Ability to address tactical issues as well as maintain a long-term strategic vision

* Listens to end users, identifies business process pains and recognizes opportunities in an effort to provide the best possible solutions

* Strong organizational skills

* Enjoys working as part of a team in a collaborative environment

* Effective and professional communication skills

* Experience in the software technology sector
