About the Role:
The Namely marketing team is looking for a Community Marketing Specialist to manage our growing client community. This person will be responsible for driving customer engagement and retention throughout the customer lifecycle. This position also directly affects revenue by increasing customer advocacy (including referrals, testimonials, references, etc.) and driving loyalty and retention. In this role, you’ll be strategizing and executing key marketing campaigns ranging from the latest HR trends and workplace challenges, to product tips and tricks. You’ll be responsible for growing and retaining our customer base through online and in-person marketing programs.

Your Responsibilities:
Assist in managing client engagement and communication programs, such as: events, workshops, annual conferences, and networking occasions
Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to the product and client success teams
Build relationships with customers and partner with sales to increase renewals, referrals, and upsell opportunities
Provide continued education throughout each client’s ongoing use of the product by partnering with the Client Success team
Help marketing and sales meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives such as referrals and reference calls

2-4 years of experience in Marketing, Customer Success, or Account Management
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on communications, marketing, and/or business
Engaging personality: you thrive on building personal relationships with customers!
Polished verbal and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Must enjoy creating new processes and programs to support rapid business growth
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments where change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high

Nice to Have:
Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation technology
Basic knowledge of Salesforce and the ability to pull reports and edit profiles
Previous use of Influitive’s advocate marketing platform
