Sprout Social is looking for a Community and Brand Advocacy Specialist to help with the management and growth of our community and brand advocacy programs. This is a great opportunity for a creative, enthusiastic marketer to help shape our initiatives and work closely with the community (Sprout customers, prospects, industry players, etc.) and across the organization. Working with the Senior Manager, Brand Advocacy & Community, you’ll be responsible for finding ways to engage people and foster stronger relationships in order to provide value to our most passionate subscribers as well as the global social media marketing community.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about social media and community building, enjoys meeting and motivating peers and loves discussing industry topics and trends. You should have a background in marketing, social media or digital marketing and be knowledgeable about community and brand advocacy. An understanding of the B2B or SaaS spaces would be a bonus—and direct experience with Sprout Social is most welcome!

Responsibilities
-Contribute to community and brand advocacy initiatives, including tactical implementation, content development and daily communication with customers
-Work across organization to find opportunities to educate and foster relationships with community and brand advocates
-Gather insights from community and communicate feedback that improves marketing, product development and sales process
-Set ROI goals, measure and track results against agreed upon KPIs
-Assist with short and long term strategy of community and brand advocacy initiatives
-Create content highlighting community and brand advocates
-Ensure accuracy within community discussion on product features and functionality
-Work collaboratively with the Events team to manage and support community/customer events and experiences
-Foster community growth and brand affinity by developing strong relationships via social media, in-person events and other touch points

Desired Skills & Experiences
-Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications or similar
-2-4 years of experience in brand advocacy, community building or social media marketing, preferably in B2B industry
-Experience with brand advocacy, influencer or referral programs
-Skilled problem solver with ability to communicate the significance of social media metrics in relation to business goals
-Strong data analysis skills and ability to extract insights impacting the bottom line
-Strong communication and time management skills
-Autonomous worker with ability to take tasks and run with them to completion
-Creative thinker and problem solving skills
-Frequent networker, skilled at meeting and engaging new people online and offline
-Familiarity with or direct experience in Sprout Social
