Location: Flexible (proximity to Toronto HSF office would be a benefit). Remote location can be considered
Status: Contract Part-time (0.5 FTE)
Duration: Immediately to August 2017 (with opportunity to renew)
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Promote Recovery, the Community Manager will apply their experience and expertise in online community development and management to help plan, implement, and support online communities for people living with heart disease and stroke.
The Community Manager will be responsible for the management of our online recovery communities whose purpose is to enable the sharing of support strategies through peer to peer connections. This includes fostering meaningful community discussions and monitoring interactions with and between members while leading efforts to acquire, retain, and engage audiences. The Manager will work closely with the Foundation digital marketing and social media team to inspire and engage interactions between people and with the Foundation. The Community Manager will also manage user feedback, and coordinate the responses to inquiries from community members and other additional duties.
