The London based Talent Community Specialist is a part of the Global Community team and reports directly to the Talent Community Regional Manager – EMEA. The primary role for the Talent Community Specialist is to manage recruitment campaigns, organize online marketing strategies for recruitment, coordinate community engagement efforts both online and in-person.

What you’ll be doing

  • Source translation and linguistic Talent in line with specific project requirements
  • Execute and deliver on Talent sourcing campaigns defined in line with profiles given (copywriters, translation freelancers and agencies, crowds, reviewers, subject-matter experts (SMEs), engineering/ multimedia teams and studios and other)
  • Create and execute a focused and penetrating marketing strategy for recruiting
  • Utilise social media, specialist forums, and web recruitment tools and methodologies in the execution of sourcing campaigns
  • Identify key targets, profile audiences, establish global footprint and keep consistent and effective communications
  • Drive campaigns, develop channels and meet a set key metrics outlined as success measures
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase job and program visibility, crowd membership, online traffic to websites and engagement
  • Fulfil all coordination and administrative duties associated with legal requirements and NDA execution prior to screening, as required
  • Screen & interview potential talent as per set processes
  • Maintain and update vendor paperwork and records in various systems; create needed reports

What we’re looking for in you

  • Graduate-level (preferable) go-getter
  • Social media research experience and expertise is a big plus
  • Background/exposure to recruiting and online global marketing, with prior exposure to sourcing and qualifying talent
  • Community management experience is highly desirable
  • An aptitude for running recruitment campaigns using traditional and new media (blogs, social media, recruiting programs, LinkedIn) to target specific talent to match a provided profile
  • Good understanding of database principles
  • Active in key social media channels
  • An understanding of SEO best practices is a welcomed plus
    English proficiency, with a second language highly desirable (plus for Asian & Indic languages)
  • Excellent computer literacy skills (proficiency with Microsoft Office at a minimum)
