About our Speaker: Charlotte started at Wave in late 2015 as a member of their support team, and is currently a Community Manager who is tasked with formulating the strategy to help Wave’s Community grow, thrive, and deliver loads of value to their customers. Charlotte’s current focus is on further developing their forum — which was launched this year and powered by Vanilla Forums. This includes improved integration with Wave products and promoting the community internally as an awesome channel to connect directly with their customers.
