Community is the future of business.

It’s the vision we’ve always had at CMX, and it’s quickly becoming a reality.

The business world is shifting. As a result of new communication technology and changing consumer expectations, community has become a vital piece of building a successful company. If you don’t build one, your business will hit a wall. It’s time to start paying attention.

More companies are hiring community professionals than ever before. More companies are finding ways to measure the ROI of community. More companies are growing frustrated with traditional marketing. More companies are learning that they cannot build in a vaccuum. They must involve their customers.

It cannot be ignored. The community industry has arrived.

With that, today we’re thrilled to announce…

I’ll also be teaching the CMX Community Strategy workshop the day before the summit.
