Ben Winn is an award-winning customer success and community thought leader, speaker, and writer. He currently manages community and events at Catalyst Software, hosts the NPS I Love You podcast, and is the Editor of The Unicornian. He is the Founder of CS In Focus; an international non-profit Customer Success community, he was ranked in 2020 as one of the Top 100 Customer Success Strategists globally, and in 2018, Ben won the Customer Success Innovator of the Year award for creating the Account Behavior Formula.
