As our Community Lead & Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for shaping the direction of our highly curated community of professional creators. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the best content creators (Digital-first, hybrid filmmakers/photographers rooted in different sub-cultures) and digital artists while being at the forefront of digital trends that shape the way today’s content is created.
You will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives to foster and build our online-first community. You will be a key contributor to our product development process, working closely with our team to create new and innovative services that add real value to our community.

🤝 Responsibilities:
Contribute to fount's new member acquisition strategy and develop a clear roadmap to guide the growth and maintenance of our community.
Develop lean services and products that add value to the community.
Utilize project management skills to maximize efficiency when it comes to repetitive tasks, freeing-up time to focus on more creative and strategic tasks.
Foster tactics to grow and strengthen our engagement with talent.
Monitor and analyze community feedback and data to continuously improve the community experience.
Plan and execute virtual events and activities that promote creativity, collaboration, and learning within the community.
Maintain a strong online presence for the community by working closely with our social media and PR team.
Stay curious and up-to-date about community building & management trends to follow an innovative mindset.
💪 Requirements:
Ability to put mindset over process.
Passion for building communities from the ground up.
Experience in Marketing, Content-Production or Journalism/Media.
Project management experience and proven success working on projects with hybrid and decentralized teams.
Ability to successfully and efficiently interact with co-workers and external stakeholders at all levels.
You enjoy to think and work like an entrepreneur.
A passion for experimenting and taking risks.
A desire for learning new products and industries—unafraid to dive into the nitty gritty technical details
Strong business operation, communication and collaboration skills.
You enjoy challenges and like to solve complex problems every day.
