AP3 is looking for a Community Manager to help us deliver a more engaging and shareable content experience. You will be creating engaging, shareable content for blogs, social media pages, monthly newsletters and promotional videos. You'll provide community feedback to management and stakeholders while also planning and executing community initiatives and programs like our car shows, mountain drives, and workshops.

You'll also monitor social media campaigns and analyse web traffic from the online community using key performance indicators (KPIs). You will help us find new marketing and outreach opportunities to push our brand image and products by participating in social events, corporate events and workshops. And finally, you'll work with dealerships and adjacent businesses to ensure accurate brand representation—and make sure that we're always working with the right partners!

Responsibilities

  • The first priority of the community manager is to listen to our community
  • Prospecting customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Maintain AP3 social media channels
  • Increase brand loyalty through positive engagements
  • Have a good grasp of analytics and ability to report metrics
  • Increase website traffic and social referrals
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper community engagement
  • Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)

Skills

  • Outgoing personality with high energy promotional skills
  • Highly Independent
  • Natural leader, can command a room
  • Proven work experience as a associate community manager, intern, or related position in community management field
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Track record of over-achieving
  • Ability to perform under pressure and stay adaptable and organized
  • High school degree; BS degree in Communication or related field would be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
