Your Day to Day

As a Community Specialist you would be working on:

  • Reading, analyzing, and responding to support inquiries in our communities and social media channels, providing timely and accurate responses with empathy that support and empower our customers.
  • Provide a high touch & impactful first impression for new members while encouraging and supporting our existing community members in sharing their knowledge and expertise with the community.
  • Monitoring and identifying the latest trends and potential issues raised by customers in our communities and social channels. Gathering details and examples, and then sharing them with the appropriate team.
  • Proactively staying up to date with product development and changes and then strategically informing and educating customers of said changes.
  • Identify and recommend ways to further improve the community experience that will lead to increased customer satisfaction, community engagement, and retention.
