SKETCHAR.io is an innovative mobile app and platform for creators, true deep tech, Webby Winner, pre-installed on all new Huawei in 15+ countries, used in schools around the world, investments from Snap, and powered by an ambitious team of 15 years of experience in technology and art.
Responsibilities of the Community / Artists Specialist:
- Identifying, developing, and implementing opportunities for artists using (or not yet) the SKETCHAR application
- Timely and professionally respond to the daily inquiries of authors; act as spokesperson for assigned projects, know how to write appropriate comments and where to go internally to find the best answers
- Working with creators on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube on creative programs, early access opportunities, and reviews. Contributing authors, direct communication, author list management, research, digital event support, analytics and resume writing, and more.
- Develop and maintain an extensive network of relationships and knowledge with creators
- Provide concise, timely, and informative reporting on authors' activities, reach, opportunities, successes, and feedback from authors to internal clients. Conduct postmortem analysis and competitive analysis
- Assistance in planning and conducting multidisciplinary events
- Support all members of the public relations department by sending out products for preview and review.
- Together with the PR department of SKETCHAR products
- Collaborate with the marketing department on tactical projects
Key skills:
- English B2 / C1
- Specialized education in communication or related fields and 2–4 years of experience in public relations.
- A team player with a "I can do everything" attitude
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to efficiently perform multiple tasks under high pressure conditions while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, Discord, Telegram, Twitch
- Determination to achieve the end result, as well as optimism and enthusiasm when things don't go according to plan
