Do you love marketing to developers across content, social media and events? The Community Content Manager role encourages you to use your creativity and experience to grow Nylas’s brand awareness to the end-users of the Nylas APIs: software developers. In this role, you will oversee the Nylas engineering blog, our social media channels (Twitter, Facebook,, oversee our quarterly developer events, encourage our internal developers to submit proposals for speaking engagements, and generally raise awareness in the software development community about the Nylas APIs.


– Increase Nylas’s brand awareness among developers

– Oversee technical editorial calendar: you may write some of the content yourself (such a event summaries, team culture content, and others), but you’ll also conduct topic ideation and oversee the content the engineers write

– Manage and grow Nylas’s presence on social media channels, engaging with followers and growing our follower base with software developers

– Oversee quarterly developer events at Nylas, managing events page, growing attendee list, and post-event analysis and follow-up

– Discover and test new avenues for Nylas to connect with developers


– Past experience either writing technical content or writing content geared towards a technical audience (ideally for developers specifically)

– Proven track record of success managing a content calendar with multiple contributors and growing readership over-time

– Eagerness to learn the best way to connect with developers and help them learn about Nylas
