We are looking for a brilliant right-brain-left-brain Senior Marketing Manager to have a direct impact on the growth and happiness of our community. They will be responsible for community management, content marketing and relationship management. A track record growing online communities, excellent interpersonal skills, strong writing and rich content production ability, analytical and project management skills, high energy and a customer-focused approach are a must.

Senior Marketing Manager Duties and Responsibilities

  • Community Management: Run and grow speaker series program; Manage chapter heads; Launch new chapters; Manage social media presence; Measure program effectiveness and adjust accordingly
  • Rich Content Marketing: Prepare and publish weekly newsletter; Run podcast and editorial contributor programs; Oversee product research; Measure program effectiveness and adjust accordingly
  • Relationship Management: Manage executive database; Produce executive programs; Nurture relationships with partners/sponsors; Manage agencies and vendors

Senior Marketing Manager Requirements and Qualifications

  • Track record building and engaging online communities
  • Solid writing skills with an eye for concise, conversational language and SEO experience
  • Strong project and vendor management skills, including rich content production (video, podcast, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including a history of positive professional relationships
  • Metrics-driven thinking and analytical skills
  • High energy and customer-focused approach
  • Some travel as necessary (10%)
