In this role, you will help define the vision for how we engage, educate, and activate community members. You will identify, own, and drive initiatives from strategy through execution, working closely across our Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to grow our community, increase engagement, and increase championship of MaintainX.
  • Design compelling community experiences to support customer journeys for prospects and current customers, across a variety of personas, industries, and channels.
  • Build and scale programs that drive membership, engagement, and product innovation and feedback.
  • Establish a community feedback loop to Product and Marketing at scale.
  • Guide and manage moderators and other community staff.
  • Connect the community to broader marketing initiatives, including onboarding initiatives, product launches, and customer advocacy programs.
  • Define, track, and measure community performance KPIs to inform community strategy.
