The 7P's of Community Workshop with David Spinks

Wednesday, September 4, 2019, 8:30am-12:30pm
Location: Fox Forum, 2411 Broadway, Redwood City, CA 94063

The 7P’s of Community by David Spinks has been taught to organizations around the world and become one of the most popular frameworks in the community industry. In this workshop, teams learn the fundamental principles of a successful community strategy based on lessons from hundreds of organizations that have successfully built and scaled communities. You’ll walk away with a big picture community strategy that will drive measurable value for your business and create meaningful connections for your members.

David Spinks is the Founder of CMX. He is recognized around the world for his contributions to the community industry. He’s trained hundreds of community teams at organizations like Google, Facbook, Waze, and Udemy. In this workshop, David will be spending quality time working with you through the 7P’s of Community, in a small group setting.

After this workshop, you will walk away with:

  • A clear understanding of the value of community to your organization.
  • Prioritization of community programs that will have the most impact on your goals.
  • The framework you can use to plan out every community program you’ll ever run.

How To Improve Your Community Strategy with Richard Millington

Wednesday, September 4, 2019, 1-5pm
Location: Fox Forum, 2411 Broadway, Redwood City, CA 94063

Take your community to the next level by joining FeverBee’s Richard Millington — consultant to brands including Apple, Facebook, Google, and SAP — for a community skills workshop focused on expanding and growing existing community programs.

Richard will explain the mistakes organizations make in their community design and engagement efforts, showcase best practices, and explain the principles to help you create the best possible experience for your community members.

If you’re not sure where to go next, how to prioritize between the dozens of activities you can pursue, or how to take your community to where it needs to go, this workshop is for you.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Benchmark your current community efforts against best practices.
  • Develop your technology roadmap to systematically improve your community.
  • Identify your unique member segments and create powerful journeys for each of them.
  • …and a lot more.

Everyone who attends this workshop will walk away with an ability to scale up participation, get the most from their community website, and develop interventions to achieve the results they need.
