CMX Summit 2023: Insider Tips for an Unforgettable Experience

We're just about one week away from the countdown clock until CMX Summit 2023: Shine takes place in sunny Redwood City, California. The CMX’ers are in full-on prep mode. You know who else is right there in the mix? Yep, you guessed it—the entire CMX Team.

You see, we've been working tirelessly on this summit since the very moment the last one wrapped up. As we mark off each day on the calendar leading up to this grand event, trust us when we say the butterflies in our stomachs are very much real!

As we all dive headfirst into our "get-ready mode for shine," we’ve realized that a whole bunch of exciting stuff is happening alongside those incredible sessions you've heard about. So, I gathered the inside scoop from my fantastic CMX Team—Beth, SueJean, Luca, Ismael, Fahim (and yes, yours truly too!)—and we're here to share some insider tips and tricks with you.

Tip #1 – Adventures, Connections, and Selfies - Oh My!

Let's set the scene: you've stepped into the venue, soaked up insights from our incredible speakers, and now you're on the lookout for your next adventure to unwind. Perfect, because our fantastic sponsors have curated booths that are absolute must-visits.

Now, whether you're a first-timer or flying solo to the summit, I get it, it can seem a tad intimidating. However, trust me when I say that leaving CMX Summit without making new friends is practically impossible. So, whether you're flying solo or with a crew, one of the highlights here is making new connections. Tip #2: Stay Active, Stay Awesome

If you're worried about missing your regular exercise routine during the summit, don't worry! We have some exciting activities planned for our active community pros.

First up, The Bevy Golf Experience is taking center stage in the tent, so be sure to stop by and take part in our dual golf simulator. Not only can you network with fellow attendees, but you can also grab some free sparkling water from Liquid Death to keep you hydrated while you play. 

Feeling a competitive spirit? Gainsight is bringing the fall vibes with a cornhole competition at their booth. Test your aim, compete with fellow attendees, and aim for the top spot on the leaderboard.

Well, rest assured, we've got your snacking needs covered. First, make a pit stop in what feels like your coziest living room – we call it the Discourse living room. Here, you can load up on event snacks to keep your energy levels up!
