In a community first company, a community person should be a really early hire (or founder) and should be at the executive, or even C level. You want someone in the company that understand the dynamics of human interaction within a product. UUI or UUX is something I literally just made up. Instead of focusing on user interface or user experience, you're looking at user to user experience.
