This year, our summit features three impactful tracks:

• The Power of Community in Business: Your members are both consumers and creators—they’re using your product or service, and they have fantastic insights into what’s working and what isn’t. Access to this real-time feedback is invaluable. Ultimately, a strong community is a company’s most powerful growth engine. It’s a self-sustaining ecosystem that generates loyal customers, spreads brand love, and catalyzes innovation.

• Building Sustainable Communities: Community is the future of business, and it’s time to build communities that will continue to thrive well into that future. Learn how to build a lasting community that will be healthy and thriving for the long haul.

• The New Frontier of Community: As you might imagine, while AI brings robust tools and capabilities to the table, nothing can replace the genuine human connection that is the heart of community building. The key, then, is balance. Think of AI as a tool that enhances your capacity to build, nurture, and grow vibrant, engaged communities.

The CMX Summit 2024 is scheduled for Thursday, April 25th, in Redwood City, California. Additionally, there will be a dedicated day for workshops on April 26th, but please be aware that a separate workshop ticket is required for attendance.

CMX Summit 2024 is exclusively an in-person event this year.

CMX Summit welcomes anyone with an interest in building thriving communities. • Nonprofit Organization Discount: If you're part of a nonprofit organization, you qualify for a 15% discount on our regular ticket. To claim this discount, simply send an email to events@cmxhub.com.

Certainly! We welcome volunteers to be part of the CMX Summit experience. To express your interest, complete the volunteer form available here. We'll reach out to you with further details. Be sure to apply before the deadline on March 12th.

Check-in will open at 8:00 AM (PT) on April 25th. After you’ve parked, please check in at the Box Office adjacent to Fox Theatre to receive your name badge. You’ll then have access to enter the Fox Theatre, Club Fox, and the Networking Tent!

Yes! CMX Summit 2024 will be recorded, and the videos will be accessible within four weeks of the event. However, we kindly request that attendees refrain from recording video content during any CMX Summit sessions.

Absolutely. We've implemented a code of conduct to foster inclusivity for community professionals of all backgrounds attending the CMX Summit. We anticipate everyone, including attendees, staff, sponsors, and any other participants, to adhere to and enforce this code of conduct.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Full Refund: If you notify us of your inability to attend before April 1st, you will receive a full refund.
50% Refund: If you notify us before April 19th, you will be eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made during the week of the summit.
