That’s what we plan to find out.
We’re gearing up for the 2021 Community Industry Report, our annual report on the value and impact of community. We want to get an on-the-ground perspective on the state of the community industry. But before we can dig into the year in community, we need to hear from you!
This 10-minute survey will focus on your community’s strategy, how you measure impact, and how your community has evolved over the past year. Our goal for the 2021 Community Industry Report survey is to help community professionals understand how organizations are investing in community and how they’re tracking it, giving you the data you need to plan your 2021 strategy and ultimately build thriving, valuable communities.
This year, we’ll also ask about some of the biggest trends of 2020 to see how the community industry has responded. We want to know how COVID-19 has affected your role; how you’ve adapted to all-virtual events; and how your community responded to this summer’s Black Lives Matter protests.
With your help, we can make this our largest survey yet!
We want to hear from anyone working in community. That means large companies or startups, brand-new or established programs, executives or those just entering the field. All job titles, industries and location are welcome.
